Feel confident that the items you have purchased are exclusively designed and of the highest quality. Most of our items are made to order. We have very few stocked items, so when you order it, we make it.

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Because of the custom nature of our products, our lead time is usually 10-20 days… if you are intending to purchase our products as gifts, please make a note of this.

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed here. These rates only apply to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. If expedited delivery is needed, please let us know upon placing your order and we will notify you with the additional charge amount.

Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. A confirmation of your order will be sent within 48 hours. If there is any problem with the order, we will notify you at that time.

Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item, with your order number in hand, and please let us know the reason for the return or the exchange. We will give you a Return Authorization Number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find the merchandise is in a condition that it cannot be resold, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Shipping fees are non-returnable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping. Standard Shipping costs are based on items as outlined within our shipping information. If you decide to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs.

Personalized items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned.

All sale items are final sale.

You have up to three business days to contact us to cancel any personalized order and have the amount refunded to your credit card. After three days personalized orders are non-refundable.
